Greet customers and check vehicles in for service Listen to customer concerns and document repair needs Schedule appointments Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Recommend maintenance and repair services Prepare estimates and finalize repair orders Help create a positive customer experienceWhat We're Looking For
