Service Manager
Travel-Based 

A client of ours is seeking Service Manager to lead a team of Technicians and Mechanics supporting compressed natural gas (CNG) stations and related equipment. This role combines hands-on troubleshooting with team leadership, scheduling, and customer support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians performing maintenance and repairs on CNG equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues at station sites
• Coordinate daily schedules, service calls, and repair priorities
• Monitor work quality, response times, and customer satisfaction
• Order parts and supplies as needed
• Support field repairs and emergency service calls when required

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining mechanical and electrical systems in industrial or energy environments
• 4+ years of CNG experience or 6+ years in related mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 75
