Attorney - Foreclosures (Remote)

Our client is seeking an Attorney with Foreclosure experience to join their Firm. This is a remote role with excellent potential and a competitive salary for the right candidate.

Duties:

Manage cases from inception to completion

Prepare analysis of cases and advise clients

Draft court pleadings.

Handle discovery.

Attend court hearings (remotely and in person when necessary).

Manage judicial foreclosures and litigation cases with an emphasis on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters.

Attend hearings and mediation.

Requirements:

Bachelors and Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

5 years practicing law, preferably litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.

Admission to practice law in the state of California.

Excellent communication skills.

Computer proficient with the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.

Must be analytical and detail oriented.

Possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal skills.
