Responsibilities

Compile and organize data using Microsoft Office Applications to make informed recommendations.

Maintain an organized set of records and deliver them promptly upon request.

Direct and develop accounting and internal control policies and systems.

Coordinate and manage the facility’s cash and investment activities.

Advise department heads and managers on financial data analysis and interpretation.

Define and communicate new or revised responsibilities and staffing changes.

Ensure timely and accurate information for external audits and financial projects.

Establish a monthly schedule for processing computer reports for financial statements.

Develop detailed action plans for new procedure implementations.

Examine methods to reduce departmental operating costs.

Promote efficient staffing practices and forecast departmental personnel needs.

Establish and prioritize departmental goals effectively.

Complete assignments in a timely, thorough, and detailed manner.

Analyze and report on the facility’s financial position to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

4-year degree in a business-related field.

Supervisory experience is preferred.

2-5 years of experience in a healthcare business office setting is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Team player who respects confidentiality and is accountable for work output.
