Role Impact

Join a dynamic brokerage support team in a fast-paced environment, providing hands-on service to internal and external stakeholders. This short-term assignment contributes directly to service delivery quality and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex administrative support tasks related to brokerage operations

• Interact with client personnel to deliver information and resolve inquiries

• Escalate non-routine questions per established protocols

• Proactively identify and suggest process improvements

• Follow supervisor direction and maintain compliance with operational standards

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years in brokerage or client services support, or equivalent combination of work, military, education, or consulting experience

• Familiarity with financial services procedures and administrative workflows

• Comfortable in client-facing interactions and task escalation pathways

• Available for full duration of 2-month onsite engagement in Eureka, CA

Core Tools & Systems

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Internal case management or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday)

• Call tracking or support ticketing systems

• Document processing tools (Adobe Acrobat, shared drives)

• Phone/email communications systems

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of brokerage operations or financial documentation

• Experience in regulated or high-compliance environments

• Ability to adapt to evolving client support protocols
