Customer Service Representative, Redding

O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable company to find their next Customer Service Representative.
This position is based in Redding, California.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service to customers.
Customer Service Representative Compensation:
$***** - $***** per hour (depending on experience)

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college coursework preferred
1+ year of customer service or office experience for Associate level
2+ years of customer service or office experience for Representative level
Call center or order processing experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation
Ability to type 40 WPM and use 10-key by touch
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Process customer orders via web, email, fax, and phone
Enter orders accurately into the company system
Prepare order acknowledgements, packing slips, and shipping documentation
Assist customers with product pricing, availability, shipping costs, and order status updates
Communicate with customers via phone and email to support order fulfillment
Follow up with internal departments regarding orders, backorders, and customer issues
Assist with resolving customer questions or concerns
Prepare additional shipping or order documentation as needed
Provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
