Key Responsibilities
Answer and screen phone calls and visitors, while greeting with a friendly attitude
Process all accounts payable (A/P) invoices and vendor payments accurately
Post customer payments and handle deposits efficiently
Contact delinquent accounts receivable (A/R) customers
Prepare and mail monthly customer statements
Support the leadership team as needed
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; some college preferred and bookkeeping certificate beneficial.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, Word.
Bookkeeping knowledge and strong math skills
Familiarity with retail computer systems and PDF documents
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
Work Environment & Competencies
Office-based role using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers
Ability to concentrate for long periods while maintaining accuracy
