Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and professional Senior HR Manager to support multiple locations while partnering closely with site leadership and local HR teams. This role is based out of the corporate office located in Redlands, CA and serves as a key point of contact for employee relations, compliance, HR administration, and operational support across 7–8 locations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong follow-through, effective communication, and the ability to hold teams accountable to company policies, procedures, and HR compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities Support HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies, procedures, and compliance standards Partner with local HR managers and operational leadership to address employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and corrective actions Conduct and assist with investigations, incident reports (IRs), documentation reviews, and follow-up actionsMaintain regular communication with site leadership to ensure timely completion of HR-related action items and compliance initiatives Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and HR documentation for leadership review Track and follow up on outstanding HR items, ensuring accountability and completion across all assigned locationsAssist with policy implementation, performance management processes, and employee coaching efforts Audit HR practices and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and employment regulations Support onboarding, offboarding, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives as neededTravel to assigned locations approximately 20% of the time to support operations, investigations, training, and relationship building. This may change after the first year to include additional travel. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and company information
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 3+ years of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, or multi-site HR experience preferred Experience supporting multiple locations or field operations strongly preferred Strong knowledge of HR compliance, investigations, and employee relations practicesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred Experience Distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, staffing, or multi-site operational environments Experience working from a corporate HR structure supporting field leadership Familiarity with compliance audits, corrective action processes, and workforce accountability initiatives
Work Environment&Travel Corporate based role Approximately 20% travel required for training and to support multiple locations. This may be subject to require additional travel after the first year.
