Key responsibilities for the Head of Lifecycle Marketing include building intelligent lifecycle experiences, leading AI-driven customer intelligence, and driving capabilities such as propensity modeling, churn prediction, and next-best-action frameworks.
The role also requires a focus on transforming lifecycle marketing infrastructure, partnering with martech and customer data teams to enable event-driven orchestration, real-time segmentation, and AI-assisted optimization.
