Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, Cisco/Meraki Wireless, and Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls

Working experience with ticketing tool Service Now and ITIL Change Management process

Strong L3 level troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with next-generation firewall technology (Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, etc.)

Experience with cloud networks and/or security (AWS, Azure, GC)

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and provide WAN/LAN network administration, enterprise wireless, cloud administration (Azure), SD WAN administration, and Cisco/Palo Alto firewall administration

Troubleshoot Level 3 and advanced network issues, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate solutions

Initiate improvements in tools and processes, making recommendations to optimize network infrastructure

Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades

Support Level 1/2 resources in addressing network-related issues
