Responsibilities:
Imaging Graduate demonstrates competency in performing all exams related to the modality. The Imaging Graduate ensures proficiency in producing technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation. Demonstrates knowledge of equipment and proper patient positioning. The Imaging Graduate is responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Proof of completion of an accredited imaging program by certificate, Associate of Bachelor’s degree.
2. Registry eligible by ARDMS, ARRT, ARMRIT, CNMT, or MQSA within 12 months of hire.
3. License required if required by state.
4. Current and valid BLS (AHA) certification required.
5. Previous clinical experience in performing imaging on patients of all ages, especially hospital-based experience preferred.
