Job Title: Remote Retail Brand Associate
Hourly Pay: $18 - $24/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing brand strategies and ensuring brand consistency across marketing materials and store displays

Support the creation and execution of in-store promotions, events, and campaigns

Work with the marketing team to develop and deliver compelling content for digital, social media, and email marketing

Assist in maintaining brand identity across all touchpoints, including in-store experience and customer communication

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of branding and marketing campaigns

Support the visual merchandising team to ensure that product displays align with brand guidelines

Provide insights into customer preferences and help tailor promotional efforts to customer needs

Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

Experience in retail marketing, brand management, or a related field is a plus

Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills

Knowledge of branding strategies and marketing principles

Ability to think creatively and collaborate with various teams

Ability to analyze data to make informed marketing decisions
