run a practice

Leadership Role
Direct
day-to-day firm operations
Lead
client relationships, contracts, and business execution
Assign and manage
staff and project teams
Oversee
recruitment, procurement, and resource planning
Set expectations for quality, accountability, and delivery
Partner with the founder on strategic transition and ownership planning
Compensation & Ownership
Competitive base compensation
Premium profit sharing
Profit share may be applied toward
equity acquisition
Defined ownership transition aligned with a five-year succession plan
Who You Are
Licensed Architect (U.S.)
Proven leader with strong operational instincts
Comfortable making decisions, setting direction, and owning outcomes
Entrepreneurial by nature, with a desire to
build and steward a firm
Interested in legacy, mentorship, and long-term impact
