We're seeking a dependable, patient-centered Full-Time Field Technician to support our team by delivering, installing, and demonstrating durable medical equipment (DME) to patients in their homes and healthcare facilities.What You'll Do Deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds, mobility aids, and related supplies. Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of equipment. Ensure all equipment is clean, properly functioning, and compliant with company standards.Document deliveries, service activities, and patient interactions accurately and promptly. Maintain a professional and compassionate presence while working in homes and healthcare settings. Participate in scheduled on-call rotations and respond to urgent service needs as required. Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.Perform additional duties as assigned. Other duties as needed What Makes You a Great Fit Reliable, self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills. Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working in patient homes and healthcare environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Ability to manage a consistent full-time schedule and meet productivity expectations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
