Associate Dean For Student Affairs, Reno

The client is seeking an Associate Dean for Student Affairs to support and enhance student experiences within an academic medical education environment.
This leadership role will typically oversee programs and services that promote student engagement, wellbeing, and academic success, while serving as a point of coordination for student-focused initiatives.
In this role, you will be expected to lead and manage key student affairs functions, help shape policies and priorities that affect learners, and collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders to ensure effective student support.
You may also be responsible for improving student services and addressing student concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in student affairs, academic administration, or a closely related leadership capacity, with strong communication and organizational skills needed to lead cross-functional efforts.
