/ph3Job Summary of the Customer Support Specialist Position/h3pIntegr8staff seeks a motivated and dependable Customer Support Specialist to handle inquiries via phone and electronically related to their product line.
This role will involve assisting new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, locate dealers, process orders, providing troubleshooting tips, helping diagnose technical issues and assist with repair requests of power tools.
/ph3Responsibilities of the Customer Support Specialist Position/h3ulliAnswer incoming phone calls from customers related to power tools/liliRespond timely to customer email enquiries/liliExplain usage and warranty information to customers/liliDistribute orders to appropriate departments/liliFollow up on voicemail messages/liliProcess warranty claims/liliComplete various reports using MS Excel/liliAbility to think creatively to solve complex problems.
/liliAble to collaborate with departments outside of customer service to help resolve issues.
/liliStay up to date and knowledgeable about new product releases/liliAdditional tasks as needed.
/li/ulh3Requirements of the Customer Support Specialist Position/h3ulliHigh School diploma is required.
/liliMinimum 1yr experience in customer service role.
MUST HAVE hands-on electric, power tools usage experience.
/liliA positive attitude, a friendly personality and a passion with working with people.
/liliMust be diplomatic, patient, and a good listener.
/liliAbility to multi-task and have strong problem-solving skills.
/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people.
/liliBilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.
/liliStrong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
/liliExperience using power tools, professionally or personally is a plus.
/liliPrior experience in Tool Repair or Rental Repair is a plus.
/liliExperience using multiple computer systems and multiple monitors.
/li/ulpUpdated resume is required for consideration.
