Your Responsibilities as a Civil Project Engineer: Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents, with a preferred focus on municipal infrastructure projectsManage and lead construction observation and project management services to ensure compliance with all relevant standards and specifications Provide technical guidance and quality control to ensure project deliverables meet all required specifications Lead client interactions during the design, bidding, contracting, and construction phases, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfactionCoordinate closely with municipal staff and regulatory agencies to secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Collaborate with colleagues and Division Manager to manage and support various infrastructure projects Engage regularly with city councils, public works departments, and other local entities to discuss project details, provide updates, and align engineering solutions with community needs, and drive strategic initiativesWhat we're looking for: B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure 8+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on municipal engineering AutoCAD required; Civil 3D preferred Why you'll love working for us: Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Medical, Vision, Dental, and HSAGenerous PTO 401K Plan including employer contribution Annual Expected Pay Range
