Position Overview

We are hiring a

Operator

for a leading manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. This hands-on role involves working with machinery for fabric, vinyl, and leather to assemble and finish products. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, have strong attention to detail, and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for finishing manufactured parts by removing sharp edges, burrs, and imperfections using hand and power tools. Duties include inspecting parts for quality, cleaning and preparing products for shipment, packaging materials according to company standards, labeling boxes, and ensuring accurate counts before shipping.Maintains a clean and safe work environment while meeting production and quality expectations. Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects Meet daily production goals and follow schedules Assist with packaging and labeling when needed Work Environment

Manufacturing / production setting Fast-paced with repetitive tasks Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Requirements

Previous manufacturing, Machine operating Ability to use hand tools and adhesives Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs Steel-toe boots requiredMust pass background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED preferred Schedule&Overtime

1st Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime:

Fridays&Saturdays as needed
