Position Overview

We are hiring a

VAC Operator

for a leading manufacturing facility in Reno, NV. This hands-on role involves working with materials such as fabric, vinyl, and leather to assemble and finish products.

Key Responsibilities Will be operating VAC equipment and machinery in a manufacturing environment while ensuring quality and production standards are met. Loading and Unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, performing basic equipment adjustments, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.Must follow safety procedures, production schedules, and company quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects Meet daily production goals and follow schedules Assist with packaging and labeling when neededWork Environment

Manufacturing / production setting Fast-paced with repetitive tasks Requires standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Requirements

Previous manufacturing, Machine operating Ability to use hand tools and adhesives Strong attention to detail and quality Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs Steel-toe boots requiredMust pass background check and drug screening High school diploma or GED preferred Schedule&Overtime

2nd Shift:

Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Overtime:

Fridays&Saturdays as needed
