Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• Provide strong leadership and direct supervision to a team, ensuring clear direction and accountability.
• Guide team members to optimize operational efficiency and achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality output according to established standards.
• Actively contribute to the development and growth of team members through coaching, training, and constructive feedback.

Supervisor Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role (e.g., Team Lead).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using computer applications and systems relevant to operational management
• Proven decision-making abilities, especially in challenging or time-sensitive situations
