Description
Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Procedure Analyst to support the development of technical publications and maintenance procedures for aircraft systems. This role involves interpreting engineering data, analyzing logistics and supportability, and producing high-quality documentation to ensure continued airworthiness and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze engineering drawings, reliability data, and customer support concepts to develop aircraft maintenance instructions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft systems and components.

Provide recommendations on product supportability and define operational maintenance tasks and required support resources.

Identify logistics support candidates and develop logistics support analysis (LSA) records and reports.

Review and revise Initial Maintenance Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA).

Track task completion using client workflow management tools.

Perform quality checks on completed maintenance tasks.

Influence product design to enhance supportability and maintainability.

Project Focus:

Maintenance task analysis and repair analysis.

Front-end development of technical publications based on engineering drawings.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Develop and document aircraft maintenance procedures.

Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearane (Requires US Citizenship)

Proficiency in REDARS

Background in technical publications and product support analysis.

Experience with Slicwave.

Minimum 2+ years of analyst experience.

Minimum 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance

Experience with CSDT and CM Pro.

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience, or equivalent (e.g., Master’s + 4 years, or 10+ years of relevant experience).

 

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
