Role Summary
The
Culinary Concierge
(Back of House) is responsible for delivering a high-quality, safe, and efficient culinary experience that supports the elevated standards of a luxury indoor playground and café environment. This role operates behind the scenes to ensure food and beverage offerings are prepared, presented, and delivered in alignment with Nick’s Magnificent brand expectations.
The Culinary Concierge plays a critical role in maintaining kitchen cleanliness, organization, and operational flow, supporting front-of-house team members in delivering a seamless and premium guest experience. This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and commitment to excellence in food quality, safety, and presentation. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Culinary Operations Manager.

Prepare, cook, and assemble food and beverage items in accordance with recipes and brand presentation standards.
·
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, labeling, and hygiene practices, including proper temperature control and handling procedures.
·
Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO) to maintain product freshness and compliance.
·
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen, prep area, dish area, and storage spaces throughout all shifts.
·
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation; communicate ticket times, large orders, and special requests as needed.
·
Support opening and closing kitchen procedures using established checklists.
·
Assist with inventory management, including monitoring par levels, organizing stock, and communicating low inventory or ordering needs using established processes.
·
Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store deliveries in accordance with company standards.
·
Asist with special events, including preparation, packaging, and timing.
·
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently; report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
·
Support overall facility cleanliness, particularly with food preparation and back-of-house areas.
·
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
·
Performs all duties of the Guest Concierge&Café and Café Concierge&Cashier positions as necessary and required.

Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
·
One year of experience in food service, hospitality, or kitchen operations preferred.
Special Requirements:
·
WA State Food Worker Card within 14 days of hire.
·
Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) 12 (age 21 years +) or 13 (age 18 years +).
