$300K OTE (40/60 split)

Responsibilities

Lead the sales team by providing mentorship, setting performance metrics, and conducting regular evaluations.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base.

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiating contracts and acquiring enterprise accounts.

Establish relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to drive long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing strategies for cohesive market positioning.

Providing updates on sales performance, team KPIs, forecasts, and market trends.

Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Work closely with the Director of Client Services to align sales efforts with client satisfaction and service delivery.

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree

5+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally within IT services (infrastructure, datacenter, cybersecurity, hardware, etc)

Experienced with developing prospecting strategies for enterprise accounts and/or government entities.

Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating high adaptability and problem-solving skills.
