We understand the need to be creative and flexible when it comes to telecommuting and other alternative work arrangements. This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Tysons Corner, VA office four days per week.
Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, the SBA Portfolio Administrator II supports the SBA department personnel and clients in the areas of customer service, loan closing, and ongoing portfolio management. Maintains strong working relationship with customers. Coordinates and communicates with the customer, Relationship Manager and Attorneys on the status of the loans through closing.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent
2 years Portfolio Administrator or similar role
2 years customer service
Good oral and written communication skills
Frequent communication with client and outside attorney or title company required
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong customer service skills
Good organizational and time management skills

SBA experience
