MUST:

Experienced Recruiter

1 - 3 years of recruiting / staffing industry experience is required

1+ years of cold calling skills

1+ years of ATS

1+ years of using job boards like Monster, DICE, Indeed, LinkedIN, Clearance Jobs

Ability to type 65 wpm

Excellent grammar and phone etiquette

Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Chrome)

Must have a positive attitude ; Must be a go-getter

Bachelors Degree is NOT required

DUTIES:

Make Placement

Collaborate with our Account Managers to fill all open positions

Reach out to applicants

50-100+ inbound or outbound calls daily

Check references

Check backgrounds

Rapidly seek, qualify, respond and negotiate with new and existing candidates to fill open positions

Use tools such as Jobdiva, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn and more using complex Boolean searches.

Be able to qualify candidates accurately based on job requisitions, negotiate pay structures, coordinate screening with HR, and conclude on-boarding of applicants)
