Account Manager - Business Development

Pay From: 45k base per year
Quadrant, Incorporated is a leading provider of strategic Healthcare & Technology staffing services in the Washington, DC & Baltimore, MD markets.
We are looking to add a motivated, proactive, and outgoing individuals to our team in Reston Virginia. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year of work experience who is interested in managing all functions associated with the Healthcare staffing. Are you motivated by a competitive, fun, and team oriented environment, no recruiting or sales experience required, will train the right person. Our ideal candidate will also have a strong work ethic, high energy, and can be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES:
Participate in new business development
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Manage multiple phone and email campaign strategies
Cultivate relationships and referrals with relevant hiring decision makers
Negotiate service agreements, fees, terms and offers with customers
Engage in weekly customer meetings
Utilize social and professional networks
Develop and create out of the box best practices as they pertain to new business development
