Front Desk Receptionist, Ashburn

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Family Foot&Ankle Specialists, a division of US Foot&Ankle Specialist, is seeking a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy podiatry clinic! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) Greet and check in patients for appointments Answer phones and assist with scheduling and patient questions Verify insurance and update patient demographics Collect copays, balances, and patient payments Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system Assist with referrals, authorizations, and appointment confirmations Support providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow Deliver excellent customer service to patients and visitors Required Skills and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Medical front desk or healthcare office experience preferred Podiatry, orthopedic, or specialty clinic experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Benefit Health Insurance (Single&Family plans available) Life Insurance Disability Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Discount Program
