Full-Time Office Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Managing Enrollment and Touring prospective families
Answering parent and prospective parent inquiries via Email and phone.
Managing the school's social media, website and on-line content
Maintaining medications and school drills
Communicating with students and parents with kindness and compassion
Maintaining student files, including health and immunization records
Maintaining class ratios
Coordinating student transitions into new classrooms
Assisting director with other duties as assigned
Required Work Experience:
One year experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant in a licensed preschool or day care setting.
Teaching experience in a licensed preschool or day care setting is preferred.
Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred but not required.
Experience driving a 14 passenger bus is a plus!
