Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Providing technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.

Recommending and implementing equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and production yields for existing products.

Integrating equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.

Reviewing product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.

Interacting with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility of processes and designs.

Developing and conducting statistical analysis or recommending additions to document work.

Leading the innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations.

Developing manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and potentially developing those techniques including measurement systems.

Ensuring processes and procedures comply with regulations.
