Sr Process Engineer - Exempt, Peabody

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Process Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing environment, specifically focusing on Structural Heart, CRM, and Neuromodulation products.

Must Have:

RJG Master Moulder

Scientific Molding

Nice to Have:

Conduct mold flow analysis

Micromolding

SolidWorks

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and recommend equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies.

Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology target specifications.

Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.

Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure compatibility of processes and designs.

Lead innovation, development, and optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to manufacturing operations.

Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control and develop measurement systems.

Ensure compliance with regulations in processes and procedures.

Technical Skills Required:

Injection Molding Process Development

Scientific Molding Principles

Knowledge of RJG Cavity Pressure Systems

Education and Experience:

Requires a BS in Plastics Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 7 years of experience is required.

Work Schedule:

This position requires a 40-hour work week, with a minimum of 4 days onsite per week.

Additional Information:

Candidates must have knowledge of the RJG Co-pilot system and setting up DC2 and DC3 processes. The timeline for scheduling interviews is ASAP.
