Reliability Design Engineer, Beverly

Senior Reliability Design Engineer - Urgent Location- Beverly, MA Onsite Required Skills&Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Reliability Engineering. Experience: 5+ years of experience in reliability or component engineering, preferably within the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Vacuum Systems and Robotic Automation. Deep understanding of High-Voltage electronics and safety interlock systems. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical assembly drawings. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, MIL-STD, SEMI). Tools: Experience with Minitab, ReliaSoft, Python,or MATLAB for data analysis. Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the communication skills required to present technical findings to diverse stakeholders. Coordinate failure analysis of reliability devices Utilized for reliability data analysis Attend routine reliability teammeetings, maintain reliability data Improving equipment and plant reliability Compare theoretical system reliability metrics to actual reliability metrics View the reliability requirements and role in improving reliability Improve the reliability tools and methods utilized inincreasing plant reliability Ensure maintainability and reliability ii Process equipment for reliability capability Maintaining equipment to increase reliability Report the reliability test result and failure Enhance product reliability and quality Use understanding of various reliability tests to assess reliability capability Identify product and reliability requirements Ensuring historical product reliability programs Assure reliability performance of products Ensure new product reliability and maintainability Improve the reliability tools and methods utilized in increasing plant reliability Measure the system's reliability Improve functional performance and reliability
