Your efforts will create unforgettable and unique memories that leave a lasting impression.Essential Job Functions: Friday&Saturday shifts for Night Audit 11pm-7am // 16 hours per week Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalismExcel at multitasking in a dynamic environment Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery Hotel Specific: Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour Part-time Seeking for Friday and Saturday overnight shifts Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 10 lbs Primarily standing for majority of shiftQualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent One year of Front Desk experience in hotels preferred One year of experience working in customers service or a guest-facing role required Full understanding and comfort working on a computer with MS Suite-Outlook, Word, Excel Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plusSpire Hospitality, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and veterans
