We are seeking reliable, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

in our residential care homes in

Apple Valley

and

Rialto, California.

You will be helping adults and children with developmental disabilities live more independent, meaningful, and empowered lives.

Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Support clients in community outings, appointments, and recreational activitiesAdminister/assist and document medications (with training) Maintain clean, safe, and supportive home environments Implement care plans and follow positive behavior support strategies Use CPI techniques as a last resort during emergencies (training provided)

Qualifications: Prior DSP or caregiving experience preferred Must be 18 years or older Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Live Scan cleared (or able to clear immediately) Willing to complete required training Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties Strong communicationStrong attendance history

Schedule Needs: Weekdays morning shift (6am - 10am) Saturday and Sunday Shifts Overnight (NOC) shifts 20-24 hours per week
