UX Designer Senior – Plano

Responsibilities:

Lead UX execution for large-scale, complex projects.

Translate business objectives and research findings into high-impact, user-centered solutions.

Apply human-centered design principles and methods to create effective solutions that align with user needs.

Requirements:

 

6-8 years of large corporate UX design experience.

Ability to demonstrate rationale of in-depth case studies.

Must be able to have functional use of advanced features of Figma – auto layout and responsive design.

Able to deal with complexity on an enterprise-wide level and be able to deal with ambiguity

Strong Figma experience

Design research or HCD experience
