Incident Management & Disaster Recovery

Support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution to ensure system resilience

Engage with hardware vendors for system maintenance and troubleshooting

Operational Excellence & Compliance

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Mainframe Operations Best Practices

Ensure timely resolution of production issues and minimize downtime.

IPL (Initial Program Load) Support

Manage IPL processes for IBM mainframe systems and provide necessary operational support.

Collaboration & Vendor Engagement

Work closely with cross-functional teams, offshore/onshore teams, and hardware vendors.

• Omegamon: Expertise in system performance monitoring and issue resolution.
