Marketing Manager - Sr, Texas

Job Description: Develop design concepts and materials that appear in email and other marketing materials/channels. Turn marketing strategies into producible materials that meet the communications needs of business partners.

Responsibilities:
- HTML coding and development for Email using responsive design and email coding best practices
- Create structure, layout, and functionality of landing pages and websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Produce clean, technically accurate files
- Execution for Email and Web within Content Builder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
- Partner with internal creative teams, or external agencies, to create email templates and landing pages
- Act as a proactive subject matter expert on the team to help influence decisions
- Manage numerous projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud-specific code snippets as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, programming, design, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Thorough understanding of the elements of good design, html/css production, and email specific code requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS & JavaScript, as well as email-specific code requirements
- Thorough understanding of email rendering in mobile devices, web-based email clients, and desktop clients
- Solid email specific UI, UX, and interaction design skills
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and fix bugs
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platform
- Experience with Movable Ink
- Experience with Litmus Builder.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
- Proficiency in Vanilla.js or jQuery
- Knowledge of MySQL
- Experience with Ampscript
- Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of web development experience, including 2-5 years of experience working in an email specific role.
