Pay Range:$50.86-$74.80/Hrs

Description

• Lead innovative projects with a focus on automation.

• Collaborate to identify challenges and opportunities.

• Create business cases with project plans and cost estimates.

• Provide strategies and support for complex issues.

• Conduct market research on the latest technologies.

• Participate in forums to exchange innovative ideas.

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Function as an innovation leader for technology initiatives.

• Collaborate with product owners and managers to align strategies.

• Develop business cases and project plans.

• Conduct market research and recommend solutions.

• Drive innovation and participate in relevant forums.

• Identify and execute service improvement activities.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills using various resources.

• Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodology.

• Experience in executive and technical-level communications.
