Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Application Architect specializing in PEGA. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to ensuring the stability and resiliency of our infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience with OpenShift, PEGA, Appian, Linux, Java, SQL, and Oracle

Proficiency in Shell scripting

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing application's infrastructure and support

At least 2 years of experience in a lead role in Information Technology

Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Working knowledge of OpenShift/Containers

Experience and/or certification with Pega Designer Studio

Automation skills to reduce manual activities

Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a complex, global team environment

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for PEGA and Appian infrastructure

Ensure application infrastructure availability and propose engineering solutions

Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and deliverables

Engage stakeholders with preparation and timely delivery of critical artifacts

Lead product support issues and incidents
