Responsibilities:
Provide software development services to end-clients.
Deliver production support services, including detailed troubleshooting and resolution, such as monitoring the production database, analyzing and resolving related issues using appropriate tools (including GenAI/Synapt) within agreed-upon SLAs, assisting customers with issue resolution, and updating the ticketing system with pertinent status and resolution information.
Analyze requirements, and design, implement, and release IT solutions.
This involves making changes to the application in scope, adhering to the recommended customer change management processes to deploy the developed program to production, and actively participating in Agile Scrum processes.
Drive continuous service improvement by automating the resolution of recurring issues, contributing to the development of tools that enhance team performance, creating tools using AI/ML techniques and Python modules, identifying areas for order process workflow changes, recommending process mining and correction, and defining process improvements.
Attend project governance meetings and prepare and present weekly performance reports.
Mentor new team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, along with five (5) years of experience in a related occupation such as Sr. DevOps Engineer, Application Support Analyst, or Production Support Analyst.
Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience performing application production support for OSS systems in Telecommunications, at a scale of at least 100 million subscribers and three (3) years of experience with: Troubleshooting production problems related to workflow orchestration tools for Telecom Service Provisioning and order orchestration; Resolving issues with service activation fallouts for PSTN, Switched Ethernet, and IP Core networks, and collaborating with business stakeholders and downstream billing systems to ensure corrective actions; and Triaging missing file feeds and incorrect record counts using data mediation platforms for sharing large feeds for revenue assurance and product marketing analytics.
