Job Description: 

Roles and Responsibilities

•         Prior experience of Automation Anywhere Control Room Architecture

•         Providing a superior level of experience and knowledge of RPA solution and associated methodology to support colleagues (developers) through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program.

•         Knowledge to analyze log details available in the control room after implementing a development or testing phase.

•         Knowledge of Scheduler and trigger of task from AA client and control room.

•         Knowledge of different types of methods to run AA tasks.

•         Ability to analyze root cause for an error

•         Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions)

•         Have working knowledge of Meta bot and its feature

•         Mentoring colleagues through the RPA solution development and support lifecycle

•         Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.

•         Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.

•         Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases

•         Total technical development and support experience of  4-8 years

•         RPA development and support experience of 2-4 years
