Home Health Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Home Health Office Manager to join our growing team.
This is a part-time, on-site position (not remote).
The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance within a home health setting.
Responsibilities:
Schedule patient visits and coordinate care.
Run EMR reports to ensure proper visit types and frequencies are accurately plotted.
Fax physician orders and maintain accurate communication records.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Oversee onboarding of new staff and maintain employee files to ensure compliance.
Submit authorizations as required to support patient care.
Qualifications:
12 years minimum experience in a home health office setting.
Proficiency with Kinnser (WellSky) EMR.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of compliance requirements in a healthcare environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
$25 hourly - Part-time on-site role with opportunity for growth.
