Entry Level Research, Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator - Remote

KBIC is growing our Academic Obstetrics & Gynecology recruiting division and looking for a highly motivated Research & Recruitment Coordinator to support physician recruitment efforts nationwide.
You'll partner directly with a senior recruiter focused exclusively on women's health physician searches nationwide.
This role combines sourcing, research, database management, and administrative coordination.
Day-to-Day
Researching physicians and academic programs online
Using tools like ACGME directories, hospital websites, LinkedIn, and academic databases
Building physician candidate lists and recruiting pipelines
Drafting simple outreach emails and supporting recruiting campaigns
Updating recruiting databases and tracking systems
Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication
Conducting market and competitor research for physician searches
Pivoting quickly between searches and priorities as needs change
