Job Description: We're seeking a Parts Disassembly and Repair Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and processing e-scooters and their components. This role is essential in maintaining and refurbishing our fleet to keep scooters safe, reliable, and ready for riders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Systematically and efficiently disassemble and repair e-scooters and their components. - Identify and sort parts for reuse, recycling, or disposal. - Inspect parts for damage or wear and report findings to the maintenance team. - Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools. - Keep your work area clean and organized.- Follow all safety protocols and procedures. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. - Help with inventory management by tracking and documenting disassembled parts. - Participate in training sessions on new disassembly techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Preferably, some experience in a similar role or a mechanical background. - Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. - Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Good communication skills. - Physical ability to lift and move parts and equipment as needed.
