What You’ll Do Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution Take and defend depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts Draft and argue motions (including dispositive motions) Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop strategy

Who You Are 4–10+ years of litigation experience (insurance defense or related practice areas) Comfortable managing your own cases, but appreciate a collaborative team Strong writer with practical, business-minded judgment Interested in building a long-term practice—not just managing a docket
