What Youll Do as a BrightStar OT:

Partner with physicians to design personalized care plans

Assess homes for safety and fall risk

Recommend and coordinate adaptive equipment

Provide hands-on interventions to boost independence

Educate families and caregivers for lasting impact

Keep accurate evaluations, progress notes, and discharge reports

Communicate condition updates with DON and physicians

What You Bring:

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program

Completed required fieldwork

Licensed OT in Texas

2+ years of OT experience preferred

Strong documentation&communication skills

Dedication to confidentiality, ethics, and exceptional care
