Collin Air Conditioning is a family-owned, customer-focused company serving Plano and Collin County for over 40 years.
We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Service Technician who wants strong pay, a tight service area, and flexibility around on-call.
No on-call is an option, negotiable.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Optional on-call rotation (flexible based on your preference)
What You'll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Provide top-tier customer experience and clear communication
Perform maintenance and system evaluations to company standards
What We're Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience (required)
EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
Professional communication and customer service
Must have your own hand tools
Preferred
NATE certification
