Warehouse Operations Manager, Plano

Key Requirements:
5+ years in warehouse/logistics or live event operations
2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience with inventory or rental management software (Flex5 preferred)
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including equipment scheduling and audits
Maintain inventory accuracy and manifest logs on all equipment coming and going
Ensure clear communication with leadership team
Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure organization and efficiency
Ensure on-time readiness of equipment for events
Additional Details:
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (FLEXIBILITY required for live events, including occasional evenings/weekends during peak season)
Must be able to stand duration of shift and lift 50+ lbs, team lift, pallet jack
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for owning the accuracy, readiness, and execution
of all equipment leaving our warehouse for live events.
This role leads warehouse operations and team
performance to ensure every show is delivered correctly, on time, and at the highest standard.
This is a
hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in
building systems, leading people, and delivering consistent results.
