Job Description Schedule: Monday to Friday: 5:00PM - 10:00PM
Daily cleaning of the building includes, but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restrooms, disposing of garbage, stocking, unpacks and receives all supplies, etc This position also assists in supporting all internal office moves and relocations including the tear down and building of office cubiclesPerform general building maintenance tasks as needed including building start-up, minor electrical, minor plumbing, replacement of lights, general building clean up (interior and exterior), recycling and any other building maintenance needs in order to maintain efficient building operations

Possess general experience with industrial equipment and must be able to perform preventative maintenance repairs Possess the knowledge of basic manual work techniques Good attendance and having a positive attitude is a must Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds
