A multi-state personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

to join its Dallas, TX office. This is a full-time, in-office position offering a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of

plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience

and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities: Independently draft and respond to discovery requests from scratch, developing tailored strategies based on case specifics

Draft comprehensive petitions, pleadings, complaints, and other legal documents for both state and federal courts

Analyze discovery materials and evidence, identify gaps, and draft motions to compel when necessary

Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely, accurate filings in compliance with all procedural requirements

Prepare detailed and organized trial binders and supporting documentation for court proceedings

Qualifications: Minimum of

3+ years of experience

as a litigation paralegal in

Texas plaintiff personal injury law

Proven ability to independently handle discovery, legal drafting, and case strategy development

Strong understanding of jury charges and their application in litigation planning

Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively in an onsite, fast-paced environment

Spanish required

Compensation&Benefits: Salary range: $45,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience)
