As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our team. *Key Responsibilities:** Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.* Draft motions, discovery requests/responses, pleadings, and legal memoranda. * Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials in state and/or federal court. * Work closely with clients, expert witnesses, and colleagues to develop case strategies. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and keep them informed on case status.* Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations. *Qualifications:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. * Active bar membership in Texas. * Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil or commercial matters. * Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.* Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. *Preferred Skills:** Experience in depositions and courtroom proceedings. xywuqvp * Familiarity with litigation management software and legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, Clio). *Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with experience* Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Continuing legal education (CLE) support * Opportunities for advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Ability to Commute:* Plano, TX 75074 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Plano, TX 75074: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
